Relevant Information: i added her to discuss the service, she then fowarded me and inivited me into a chat with her worker
the worked asked me to take an image but eventually he just logged on for himself to see. but i still kept picture here. in the image youll see my 150m cash pouch, however i put 100m in my bank so thats still in there just my gear is missing, and some pretty high end gear...

harleigh has offered to pay me 50m back but thats only a small amount compared to my equipment...

I am not sure what to do regarding this situation. I run a thread with Xbl for Araxxor/Vorago/Rush of Blood. I mainly do Vorago while Xbl(Joey) does Araxxor and Rush of Blood. Brandon(americanboyg on Skype) usually helps him with Rush of Blood as it is a difficult task. I get a finder's fee and they split the profits. Brandon does not have a Sythe account. We have had multiple Rush of Blood kills done so far and have had no problems. Zunkill requested information about a Rush of Blood kill. I don't do Rush of Blood so I dragged him in a group with Brandon, who knows how to do it and told them to work out gear and pricing. I usually do this with Xbl but he was not available at the time and I figured since they work together and split profits, Brandon would be able to handle the Rush of Blood kill.

Zunkill and Brandon agreed to 50/50 and I asked him if he wanted to have me hold the money until the service is completed or give it to Brandon. He gave the 50m to Brandon and also the account details. Brandon then stopped responding on Skype after he said he was "almost done".

Apparently, from the chat between Zunkill and Brandon, Brandon gave Zunkill's account details to someone named Ryan, who claimed to have hacked Zunkill's account as well as my Rs account and Sythe account(which obviously wasn't true).http://gyazo.com/651829ae7f96c305488880b5a877573c

I have no idea who hacked him or why they would hack him just to drop a bunch of untradables and degradable gear. As it requires a bank pin to trade and degradable gear can't be repaired without money from the pouch(requires bank pin). I did not have his account info nor did I receive the 50m. Would like a mod's opinion on this. Thanks.

Update: Brandon's Rs account and his Skype were both hacked.

Well there's really only one thing I need to know. When Harl referred you to this user, did you simply ask "Can you blood rush for me" (to harl) and does Harleigh have a thread which offers blood rushing?

If so, then Harleigh owes you the refund for the 50m Rs3 or whatever because 1. Harl shouldn't offer services that she cannot complete and 2. if she cannot complete them and she is offering services then the only way she's done so is by using workers whether it's official or not.

So if the answer to those 2 questions is yes, then 50m is owed

 

the link in my case up top refers to the thread (now locked) where she offers a service with xbl to do vorago rob and arraxor, in the screenshots (my evidence) you can clearly see the conversations where she said let me put you in touch with xbl (who she had the thread with) and then later on down the line said it wasnt xbl and now the real xbl was online... so she put me in touch with two xbls, who were under her name.

EDIT: also posted an image within the image proof of my setup that i lost, so 50m cash and on top of that all my high end gear. gear included noxious staff, duel drygore rapiers and chaotics, however cant retrieve chaotics back as unobtainable.

 

I'm not too sure about the whole refund of all the gear and such. Let me bring it up with other staff

Ideally you would confirm with whoever is on the account what is on the account and screenshot the agreement before they start the order.

Based on the Jagex emails I can see that they do confirm suspicious activity and say they cannot refund items, so I'm inclined to believe that whoever was hacking the account was malicious (as hackers are) and most likely would have destroyed items they had access to (which is pretty common when someone is hacked, destroying chaotics and what-not) - that said; the ideal situation to prove this as stated above, isn't what we're dealing with.

Harleigh owes 50% of the cash and items; as this is the only fair resolution I can think of.
