@Ss1212 the screenshots you have basically have him banged to rights so if your UK go to your local citizens advice beauro or action fraud if your US look up your local legal advice service once you have all his contact info etc, not only should you sue him for the amount lost but for damages and stress caused by the scam, which he’ll have to pay tbh, fuck won gold, bankrupt him please

It’s sad af, however you can’t really blame the admins here. There is no evidence beyond reasonable doubt that Won never sent the money- and Charlotte did urge him to take legal actions. The admins here can’t hold Won responseable for 12k when the account could of easily been deleted etc. Sad to say

 

I kinda think that was enough evidence that Won shouldn't be trading here at least. That's a really big accusation to take a chance on.

Won admitted on his most recent report that the guy had to call wons bank to get the money then when wons DNT got removed he said he’s not paying him and he should take legal action, but refuses to give his contact info to the victim so won has well and truly fucked the guy out of 12k absolute cunt

 

With the 10k he robbed he’s gonna fly to a country with no internet laws. Ez scan

 

Tbh if he does get taken to court and is found guilty of theft he’s just opened his asshole up to get a big old justice dick straight in it
