IP locations and interests match exactly, have somewhat of additional evidence but not sure what it's worth and I assume that since this user is a serial vader the IPs, identical interests and continual poor English will be enough to pursue a ban.

Also he only donates for a donor rank and never SVU because his real name which would be in his SVU info is linked to dozens of scams already.
