Whats the procedure if you want to permantly take them out?

Also would it hurt to get you lip pierced?

Thanks, and the procedure is a 20 minute procedure, to cut and sew them up. Which can cost anywhere from 100-250$ if you're smart.

But if I just took them out they would go almost all the way back, (near a 2 gauge)

And the lip is one of the most painless spots to get pierced. I have had mine done 17 times, and I'm a baby when it comes to piercings.

There is alot of things in the picture that have a deep meaning to me, that isn't apparent to the untrained eye.

If this sleeve even gave me just 10 years of enjoyment it would have been worth it. But I know it will give me much more than that.
