bmwm3 - scammer ( 20.5m osrs GP )

Hello, this guy PMed me like 1 week ago to sell him a 40/40/40 account. He asked me if I can do some more levels for a 20.5m, well, I did it.
He wont go first, because didn't had any trust in me ( even if I got some vouches ) so it's obviously he was searching for a scam. Whatever, I called him on skype, because there are less chances to get scammed. I goes first with a 40/66/60/60 ( atk,str,def,range ) account for 20.5m, he ended up the call, then quit the trade and never response back.

@GodSniper32 Do you have any proof of him confirming that's his Skype?

 

@King let me search in the conversation, I can find something to show you that is his skype and his sythe account.

As you can see, I asked him for sythe profile, to PM him when its finished, told him about 10-12h at 11:19AM.
In the same day at 10:53PM ( imgur image ) I have PM'ed him on sythe and let him know that his account is finished ( about 11h and 26mins between messages )
after about 2h he messaged me on skype " so how much is it ? "
How did he knew that I finished him? I said " I will pm u on sythe ". That's how he knew.
I quoted his words into the chatbox skype (imgur image) to show you the proof that I didn't edited any message.

He's ban evading the bottom end of his IP audit, but I'll give him a chance to respond here / try to make right prior to concluding the report (unlikely, but we'll see).

All good you'd probably get more hits without the live: in the Skype as that's what I used when searching above. We're all human though. It happens. I'll give you some advice prior to concluding this depending on the outcome (I.E. - if he chooses to refund, or not).

 

@King How long time do we have to wait for his response?

 

Normally around 24 hours (more or less depending on if they ignore the report when they're online). Also please refrain from posting unless it provides additional information to the report. If you have any other questions / concerns you're free to PM me.
