...BMTH Refunded me

Didn't see this coming.

Sucks he refunded it...to my limited account

 

hope he refunds to everyone that he scammed

still he will be feeling guilt but i din't think sythe will unban him for this unless they have a spot for him, but similar case harped, he scammed but when found out refunded and was still kept banned on the intention of scamming

but year isnt nice of him to do it's the right thing to do.

 

im pretty sure he wont get unbanned. He not only attempted to scam, but he actually did multiple times.

 

I still hope he doesn't get unbanned.

 

He did refund everyone that was scammed. He sent me a text message when he had done so. I didn't verify this with his PayPal, but I'm certain he has.

 

Likelihood of him being unbanned is slim to none IMO, even if he was on friendly terms with Finn and other staff.

 

Once a scammer, always a scammer. I hope he doesn't get unban. But I don't have any say. haha. Glad he refunded though.

 

BMTH isn't refunding users to get unbanned.

He says he felt guilty for scamming in the first place, and missed the friends he'd lost over it. If you don't believe that, then perhaps the threats to contact his family had something to do with it. Either way, glad to hear that those who were scammed have been refunded.

 

Yah he shouldn't be unbanned IMO, because you sign that legal clause when you sign up that you won't scam. Can't legal action be taken?

As for the future on BMTH, I feel this is best left to the Sythe Mods. As for the refunds to members, this was my only focus from the start. I do not feel there is any need for members to continue any form of harassment and/or the discloser of his personal info. No matter what the reason for his change of heart, I feel he has learned a lesson that will stay with him for years to come. Just my opinion.

If Its limited doesn't that mean you need to put a bank/credit card on it?
If so just get a 3 day bank card? IDK if it will work but you can try it.

He still owes me money, he told me today he wanted to refund me. I don't care if he gets unbanned over it, he obviously made a bad decision on the spot and then regretted it. Then there's the theory that if he hadn't been caught he wouldn't of scammed. Either way, doesn't affect me at all.

 

IMO, he should be able to come back just but just be banned from the Marketplace. I was talking to him last night over text and did feel guilty and wanted to come back. He wanted to see and chat with his friends again, but like someone above said. Its up to the Mods and Admins.

 

I told him he would regret it shortly after he got banned.

He does not deserve a second chance. He abused the trust that he was given, and for that, I have no sympathy for him.

 

Muk could you please send the proof to support your $30 PayPal Donation you requested BMTH process? If the donation proof supports your claim and BMTH's PayPal transactions, I will assist in your donation credit.

 

As with Magic, I agree that BMTH will have no impact on me if he is allowed back.. However, let me throw this into the consideration thought process.. Allowing him back with a TWC, Market ban and stripped of his ranks not only prevents him from scamming again, but also makes him face the music.. This idea could have a long term impact which reminds him each day of the mistake. Just a thought.
