BMTH - Let me say something.

I don't know why people are sympathising him, although I am shocked he would scam in the first place, he did scam.

I have nothing personal against BMTH, but he should still be punished for his actions. He may be that person who will never scam again, but that doesn't mean we should pretend that this never happened.

As others have stated, this hardly changes anything.

You think what you did only affects the people you scammed, this would be true if you weren't a formerly respected member and a moderator at the time. Due to those circumstances, though, it affects the entire website whether you realize it or not. You have just made business harder to do for the honest individuals.

Again, as others have said, I am sure you only did this if not for legal action, then the fear that your internet life might cross over into your actual life more than your comfort zone warrants.

 

Even though a "scammer is a scammer" everyone makes mistakes, no matter how big it is. But the fact that he refunded was honest.

 

Not really, maybe he got scared of the fact his mum might find out from Finn's letter or that Spyike may be able to do something legal, not that hes going to admit it.

I wouldn't want my mum finding out that I like to thiev donations of the internet, not that I'd be sad enough to do it.

Or maybe he is actually a decent person deep down, who knows.
