Blog Layout and some Typography Work

WIP - Swatches are color scheme

I like the rustic feel of the current blog. What are the other images for? Are they alternate images for the top of the page or something?

 

They're just some typographical work I did when I got bored.

 

Ah I see. I don't think the Southwest one really fit the image, and idk what about it but I don't really like the Forest for the Trees one. The middle one I can't make out what the word is, last letter obscured however that one has to be my favorite. Like the other two also.

i love the blog layout, and good idea with the layout overlay cracks, but i would tone them down a bit on the part where tetx is, love the color scheme too.

The blog is pretty decent...The "read more" button I am not a fan of and the actual font choice is horrid IMO...

I like all of them except for the go to church one because the text blends in , in an unusual way. The drop shadow just doesn't cut it :S

I agree with MoonGlare on the 'Go To Church', that drop shadow just doesn't work. The rest are all fantastic and i especially love the 'Hello, My Dear'; It's amazing!
