I think the issue is surrounding the repayment of 30m, Bleu should be banned for 1 month for this but shouldn't have to pay Oakdice back since he can't prove that led to his ban as he actively swaps everyone who's willing to trade.

Fuck the repayment he should be perm banned. This is beyond disclosing private information - this is being a fucking faggot and reporting somebody that frequents the same black market forum as you do.
