    Bleu should be banned IMO or at the very least TWCed. This is attempted scam/he wouldn't be able to afford to payout if he lost.

    Honestly isn't really fair if he gets away with this without even a TWC

    Edit:
    And for the whole "Before the rule statement" - He had the intent to scam the other user considering he wouldn't have been able to pay other user if he lost
