Name stolen by M1Ra - Full Details inside

I paid 500$ for the league of legends name "Goku" on North America. I bought it from the original owner and we had been discussing our deal for about a month's time. We finally agreed upon an amount for the name, we used a Middleman (Talon) from a trusted Discord server that deals with selling names all the time (Midnight Casino's Discord). We did a countdown for the name to be deleted and remade on my league account, as soon as I went to make it, it was snatched up in less than a second's time. We looked up who had taken it, and the previous name of the new owner of Goku was Yuno. We did some digging and found it was Mira, I added him on discord and asked him nicely to give me the name back. He is a grade A douche bag and refused to give it back for free. So after having a chat with him he wanted me to pay 700$ for the name now. If you look at the discord pictures I have provided you can clearly see this guy is a scum bag. I know the trade wasn't done on here, but I feel like it should be brought to light on what kind of person he is. I already contacted riot and submitted a ticket with the OG owner of Goku. We are in the process of proving to riot he took it with a name bot.

I'm sorry but this isn't me. My discord is marty#8143, my skype is M1ra not Mira. I only have one discussion using skype (I don't prefer to use their application).

I don't offer a name sniping service nor do I bot/script/purchase/steal names. I can provide further proof of transactions with time stamps on discord +paypal transaction info.

Every single name on my post is the current names I own and the ONLY names I own (except one that isn't a rare name, let alone Goku).

I can possibly give you one of my names since I understand you're upset and truly do believe this is me, but this 100% is not me and I had absolutely no clue you were even talking about the name Goku when you messaged me. I thought you were talking about one of the names I snatched up on a level one account without using IP/RP (Y N, Groom, R V, and some others).

My name selling service is based off of EXPIRED NAMES. NOT stealing names. Pendulum does this as well, I do not know if he bots names however. Some users do offer a name sniping service. I have not offered this to ANYONE NOR have I been contacted to snipe a name, Period.

 

Also adding some more info. On top of my ONLY discord being marty#8143, this is where I've sold all my names. I can provide chat logs as well as time stamps also. This is my personal discord used to play league as well, I have no other discord.

I can't find him on Sythe but his account was something like Hao-longg. When I did a IP audit it showed other banned accounts with similar names.

 

Skype is irrelevant, those messages are on Discord.

tryhardernow is accusing me of botting/scripting a name from him. Don't you think I'd take Pendulum's names when he sold them too? I don't even consider Goku a better name than multiple names Pendulum has had. Do you seriously not understand the relevance?

IF I STOLE TRYHARDERNOW'S NAME I WOULD HAVE STOLEN NAMES I CONSIDER BETTER.

 

Previous "attempts" you could have taken are irrelevant to the situation. I get you are trying to state you didn't snipe the name and if you were going to snipe any, it would have been them. That's not the case, nor the point that needs to be made at this point. If you have any other information to add on to the current report feel free to send it to me or post it.

Other then that, staff is reviewing this situation.

 

This is not a reasonable argument.

This is the equivalent of me robbing a grocery store and then getting caught and arrested later and saying "If I wanted to rob somewhere I would have robbed a bank" as a defense.

Champ has requested a second opinion at this situation. I'll be helping him out but I'd prefer not to have to sift through posts like these which do not help provide a defense for you, or provide context to the situation in any way shape or form.
