As above.

Has anyone done this? is it worth it?

I would like to have more wite teeth because if I can why not?

Girlfriend has used the white strips before and she noticed a difference. I'd say use it in moderation though, can't be healthy for your teeth/gums.

I'm talking about actually having a dentist do this for you.. my insurance can cover it so thats why I'm asking.. most famous people always do this!

i had my teeth whitened due to smoking and my teeth turning slightly tinted yellow, it works but just dnt have it done loads

Don't drink le bleach and you should be fine. Also don't overdue it or your gunna look like a meth head with no teeth.

Best way to do it, and the way a lot of celebrities do it, is to get their teeth removed and replaced. It's around $1000 per tooth, and it's more permanent than bleaching over time.

Cant afford that haha bleeching would be my best option.. and getting my teeth removed HELL NO lol..

Some celebrities replace their teeth. I wouldn't go as far as to say that all of them do.

I've gotten my teeth bleached before using a take-home bleaching kit from the dentist. They make a mold of your teeth. After this, you take the mold home with these syringes filled with bleach. You fill the molds (there's a certain way to do it) and leave them on for over an hour. Usually takes 3-4 treatments to get them celebrity white.

It works well but tastes nasty. I'd suggest doing it once a day for 3-5 days, and then maybe once or twice a month after that.

I don't use them anymore. My teeth stay white easily now. I just brush and floss regularly and every now and then I'll brush or swish my mouth out (focusing on the teeth) with a little bit of hydrogen peroxide. Don't keep it in your mouth too long or it will damage your gums. You'll know what I'm talking about after you do this once. This really works, though.

If your insurance covers it, definitely go for it since you're already paying for it anyway and you'll get something out of it.
Regardless of what people say, you are judged a lot for what you look like. This may not be a good thing, but it's how things are. There's no reason to hold yourself back by having a less than optimized appearance.

I've known people who have had it done at the dentists office but it's outrageously expensive.. Your best bet is to take a quarter glass of water (not so much that you dilute the bleach) and mix in about 3-5 cap-fulls of Clorox. Some say to swish it around like mouthwash and others suggest gargling it. Either way, give your teeth about 3 minutes of saturation for the best results. You can also try brushing with bleach on your toothbrush, but don't expect changes overnight with that method.

Hope I helped! :)

while bleaching is a relatively cost effective way of whitening your teeth, it commonly increases tooth and gum sensitivity and some types of bleaching can add a off-color hue to the teeth

'celebrities' don't typically use bleach (and rarely have their teeth 'removed' for cosmetic alterations, as others have mentioned). rather, they use veneers.

I thought so is it like a new shell around your teeth how much would this cost?

i actually went to the dentist today to repair a tiny bit on my front tooth that got destroyed a couple years ago looks perfect now, Since i live in Sweden free healthcare (Hell yes) i can also go bleach my teeth and i have been thinking about it for a while but i thought it was better to buy these product's from the store rather than go to the dentist and do it as stupid as it sounds.
