Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

It's nothing less than idiocracy (and abuse of power) that I was banned 8 hours after a scam report was posted, with my messages being taken out of context and GIVEN NO CHANCE TO REPLY AT ALL. Thus being forced to endure in this length process only to clear my wrongfully shamed name.


My post was taken out of context due to the fact that the reporter initiated I had said I was going to block him, which I did say, however never did. Although this was due to good reason as the user had;

Called me and screamed profanities with the first sentence directing me as a "cunt" and "slut"






This is the behavior that led me say I was going to block him (which I feel is just) however I never did, and continued to amend the situation - ultimately resolving it.

Seems like you two go in a disagreement and he wanted a refund, there was resistance there, but eventually resulted in the script being completed and resolved.

Its not exactly out of line for the staff member to take your word when you said you were blocking him. Anyway, the above has been resolved and there are no active debts nor any additional accounts so this can move forward to voting. Results can take up to two weeks and when a verdict is reached, your name will be shown in this thread.
