    My pardon didn't fail. I was unbanned for about 1 week before getting re-banned for that... Is there any reason other than passing in the USL that I would be unbanned on Dark Marvin1 ?

    No, your pardon didn't fail, you were re-banned because reports were presented from Powerbot where you/your name scammed users and that situation hadn't entirely been handled.
