Actually there is a ps with black phat.I never played back to RSC so I wouldnt know about it.

Also Mod Andrew probably does have a low lvl account to play with.Who would create and update a game without playing it?Lol..He probably watches other player and see if they are doing stuff wrong.

I heard of that rumor and I heard they took it out and replaced it with a white party hat because they didn't like the color of black. But that's just what I heard.

 

It is impossible to create an item which does not exist in Jagex's database.
