Black Ops Nerfed Quick Scoping!

Yeah, they kind of destroyed sniping as a whole with that patch. I don't think gimping sniping was intentional, quickscoping was.

 

Yeah, like everyone said, they nerfed sniping in general.

I hope in the next patch they fix that.

 

They're not going to.. Damage is already done anyway. I just feel sorry for Grizz.

It kinda sucks now, only people who play are 9 year olds who think they're so awesome with their crossbow and/or Famas (it does rape, though )

 

Another thing i noticed is that if your paired with a bad team, you do terrible. It might just be me, but in mw2 your team could be terrible and you'd still do good. I'm talkin' about non-TDM modes.

 

i completely agree sniping in general now sucks

 

They're supposedly fixing it, but I doubt we'll see anything worthwhile.

I don't play black ops anymore do to this got to 3RD prestige and stopped

All I did in CoD was quickscope but still is a decent game.

 

mw2 was more addicting then black ops

 

Why would average players be outraged?
If your one of those "PRO" players, then of course you would but they did it to allow new players and people with intermediate skill to quit because of quickscopers and gives them the chance to play equivalentally.

 

I didnt even know quick scoping was a gltich, i htought it was there for people to master haha . Well its sorta gay now. I have to admit, black ops didnt live up to mw2 online play, although the campain was the best so far. But mw2 online still had/has a better thrill than bo does. I am bored of it already, i was playing mw2 up until bo came out.

 

If you ike quick scoping just go back to mw2, its not outdated in anyway and its still enjoyable and sniping seems messy on black ops so jus go back to mw2

 

It's funny that people rag on the sniping in the game so much. Basically they just made it harder to snipe(obviously). I don't see how sniping was nerfed? Now you actually have to be good to snipe and use strategy instead of just running around with a sniper rifle and half-ass raise it up to your face without looking threw the scope and get a headshot... I have seen plenty of snipers in the game now and have seen quite a few good ones as well.

Hey at least they didn't make it a 3rd person shooter. (What I hear is going to happen to the next modern warfare?)..

yeah agree Black Ops is shit in General though if you ask me..

 

apply for a job at treyarch then and tell them how you feel and or make a better game.. Goodluck. Maybe stop bitching and complaining and learn how to snipe better. I see plenty of people sniping that are good at it in black ops.

 

This is why I traded in my Black Ops already, I love MW2 for quickscoping

 

You have a solid two or more seconds of time to wait before your shot is 100% accurate. If that's not nerfed, I don't know what it is.

Yeah, they fucked up chest/gut shot multipliers too. That's another reason sniping went down the tubes.
