Hi, I'm here to try and explain why i believe I should be acquitted of these charges. On the afternoon of january 9th, I was trying to purchase a pin for the new obby mauler I had just purchased. My normal dealer, Rs Emperor, wasn't active, so I surfed the selling threads. There, I found normalcy's thread and contacted him.

During our msn trade, Normalcy notified me that he could not help me immediately, and asked me to wait. I did so, and after around half an hour, he was ready to do business. When I inquired about the wait, he explained that "some" of his pins were "acting funny".

In other words, after he sold the pin, the customers were claiming that there was an incorrect payment window error. Nevertheless, I trusted normalcy, and I was in quite a rush to try out my new pure. Since it was only a small payment of three dollars, I offered to send the payment first. Afterwards, I would apply the pin myself as I have done on numerous occasions. If the pin worked, good deal. If not, I told Normalcy that he could keep the three dollars a thanks for trying.

After sending the payment, I received the pin and entered it. It didn't go through. Nevertheless, although disappointed, I did not suspect Normalcy of trying to scam me as he was still online and responding. I told him to go ahead and keep the 3 dollars, and I cracked a joke.

Since I had waited over half an hour, paid money for a pin, and gotten nothing. I said, "One day when I get to be grandmaster with 100+ vouches, I'm just going to scam a bulk dealer, so i never have to go through this bull shit again".

At the time, it was a simple attempt at easing the tention, as I felt that both of us were wary of one another. I did not mean anything serious when I said this. It was only a small joke that was taken to an innappropriate level and interpreted as an admittance to guilt.

Please bear in mind that I have NEVER scammed before. I have NEVER been accused of scamming before. and I do NOT intend to scam. I have bought plenty of pins before. One from selling an account, one from services for Skelemaster, one from bumberclart for an rsgp payment, and five from RS Emperor, my man dealer.

In this trade, I made the payment first, and offered to let Normalcy keep the money instead of overreacting like some other traders may have done. My attempy at humor and a break in tension was misinterpreted and misjudged.

On these grounds, I ask that you review my case and allow me to be pardoned of all accusations and reinstated back to my position as a normal member of sythe. To this point, I have been an upstanding member and a morally decent trader. Any of my past trade partners will back me up, and please take a look at my vouches.

Thank you for reading this, and I hop you reconsider my punishment. If not, thanks anyways. Maybe it's time for a new beginning.
