BitCoin isn't actually a currency, it is a protocol that distributes proof of work based on work done on the current block that your mining pool is working on. It can, in fact, be hacked. Just because it is a decentralized way to transfer wealth doesn't mean that the code is decentralized. And ET, just because you have read some arguments on the internet doesn't mean you are a BTC expert - I would recommend you doing more research about the code side and how the system actually works.

 

It is a currency; I would advise you familiarize yourself with the functions of a currency.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by "hacked?" The code is "decentralized," it's open source for Christ sake.

Seems a bit ironic someone with a cursory understanding of Bitcoin is criticizing me? Lol.
