Abusing their power? She was driving with a suspended license, broken taillight and windshield, was told 3 times by the cop that he would tase her if she didn't get out of the car, still defied him, and took a swing at him. I think that cop was pretty patient.

It doesn't really matter if he was abusing his power. At the very least, she got a fair warning. If she thought she was being abused by the cop, then she should of cooperated and reported him at a later time.
