Biggest shopping regret?

Alot of clothes i bought from zumiez. I had a sweater i thought fit me but was too small,Waste of 60$ and freeworld jeans shrink and lose color fast,even with care.
Never buying clothes from there again,or pac sun

 

the $400+ I spent on neon LED's for my car a few years ago. I like them but wish I had never done it now

You once wore them, so doesn't that mean that you once needed them and only regretted buying them after you had worn them?

 

I bought an ASUS X551 CAP laptop that was on sale for 260$ I will admit it is nice. But I regret buying it since virtually every Linux distro has issues with it's hardware setup. :/

 

The biggest regret buying I ever had was my diesel car. Didn't need one, ended up getting screwed for 500$/year more than my current petrol car.

#2 is my laptop.
I don't usually use a laptop (desktop ftw), so I thought I could buy a minilaptop for school.
Worst pc I ever had. I used it a few times before selling it for half the price I bought it for.

 

Well, excluding RSGP, I'd say it'd be a gold watch I bought in Italy last March. One of my friends said it looked cool, and it cost around 200 euros, which wasn't too much compared to the other watches, so I bought it. Turns out, it was a girl's watch, so I've hardly worn it since haha. It has a really big head and it looks really cool to me, but apparently the diamond-like studs around the head make it very feminine, although my tour guide assured me it's a men's watch with European style.

I think the last thing I regretted buying was Diablo 3. A lot of irl friends started playing it, and they told me to get it. Well within a week they all stopped playing

 

MSi gaming laptop for $3200. Nothing wrong with product itself it was just I bought it with the intention of taking it with my when I travelled for work and personal trips. Not long after I purchased it my situation changed and it basically sat in the same position for 12 months, getting used like a desktop. So I ended up selling it, losing about $800, and buying a new desktop haha

I bought a $700 wallet which is made out of exotics. Biggest purchase regret ever because I got the dimensions wrong when I got it custom ordered. It don't fit dollar bills since the dimensions I used was for singapore currency.

past 3 years? i've only bought heroin for past 3 years and i blew all my money. so, yeah. i regret buying heroin. im now 20 days clean out of jail for the first time and getting sh*t back together.

the high was great, but the consequences blow. im 20, dropped out of college, and on house arrest. cant go back to college until i do a program and get my drug charge dropped which wont be for another year and then ill still be 21 not doing shit with my life and can finally go back to college for software engineering, because you can't get fafsa (college funds) with a drug charge.

not that i want to throw my problems out there, but i thought the thread was kind of humorous for me. im thinking, 'what have i bought in the past 3 years?' yeah, nothing except dope. lol

like i said, reason i posted was because i thought it was humorous that i've made nothing but regrettable purchases these past few years.

what eats me alive if i think about it enough is the fact that i was top of my class, and everyone is 2-3 years ahead of me and almost graduating college. by time i can start college again, everyone will basically be finished in the next year. but it's cool, i can play catch up and in the long run, im sure ill be one of the most successful of my class.

i explained it to my mom and grandma about this actually, that i feel like i was in the lead of a nascar race, and then all of a sudden, my car broke down and all the cars i was once ahead and flying by me. that's the part that blows. but at the end of the day, it is what it is.

or like the time i was speeding 100mph+ on the highway, and about a mile later, a car honked that saw me speeding, pulled over by a cop. and slowly but surely, he went ahead of me. but that's what happens when you live life in the fast lane i guess.
