User was later on refunded so I'm not sure why he's still banned on MPGH.
Unless it doesn't work like it works here: refunding usually gets you unbanned.
It appears he was hacked at that time.
Guess having him stay unbanned is fine.
The only thing that wonders me is why nothing happened to his account Sythe-related.
He hasn't posted anything from June to November, but still it's kinda off.

 

Looked into it, he was banned for scamming $18 - Revolution[RS] Scammer - MPGH - MultiPlayer Game Hacking & Cheats

He also used the excuse that his skype was hacked. Banned for offsite scamming.
