I'd like to highlight a few case studies where the user has broke the above rules, however mercy was given to them, being unbanned and accepted through a pardon:

This is a variable of justice/mercy.

SITUATION
10 months ago after our website was under attack from DDoS attacks, specific people intentionally shit talking in our poker lobby chatbox, specific people intentionally shit talking on various forums and personal DDoS attacks on both me and my ex-partner.

SOLUTION
I was in a business partner relationship who was notorious for DDoSing whilst I simultaneously had only ever been on the receiving end of them. Given the fact http://www.sythe.org/members/364030-xier0.html said that "he feels sorry for Joopii" only from being socially engineered by Joopii gives a strong enough impression that Joopii's social engineering skills have been successful. Based on the situation with all the variables-- at the time the final conclusion that was reached was to retaliate. This is what was leaked.

HINDSIGHT
After 10 months of never being involved with anything even close to that in terms of unethical activities I've learned a lot from experience in business, and experience on personal recognition; and I'd give a tip to anyone who may be in a similar position to me where you have the choice to take the slightly darker route-- don't, there's always a way out #wwhd you just have to be smarter-- and I had to learn through experience. By no means am I fully experienced, but I'm sure learning from experience vast amounts each day, along with me being an ENTP and having strict morals in terms of justice and having a line which you just don't cross, I'm just not a bad guy.

In terms of me being a smarter business person who knows which mistakes not to make moreover than most people in the world, I'm very experienced so if similar situations where to come up to me in the near future there would be a higher chance of Jagex showing evidence for RWT bans than me crossing lines. Along with this, I don't take myself seriously lol I just do what I do.

I've had several discussions with BigoiBets/Killian/iZinc on our Teamspeak, and I've tried to keep the staff updated on our progress in negotiations, but since we weren't able to reach a conclusion, I've contacted several staff members and will get an admin resolution over the amount of damages owed as restitution for Killian's blackhat activities against us.

As soon as I'm able to get into contact with Richard, Roary, or FireZ, we should be able to resolve an amount shortly.

 

Not trying to be rude, but there's no reason to contact the above listed regarding this case.

On dragondyce's behalf (in august/september 2013) there is no proof any attack hit them, nor is there any proof any attack was effective, nor is there any proof any specific attack directly related to me was a result of any "damages". But if there were physically damages as a direct result of me-- I won't take no for an answer in terms of compensation.

This is completely incorrect. Xier0 is claiming that the sole reason BBB is the #1 RSGP online gambling website is because of a DDoS attack over 10 months ago. This is a joke, he's trying using this as an excuse to make up for his lack of business growth; attempting to blame dragondyce's success on this one thing-- this should not be taken as valid, it is complete nonsense.

BBB was offline for near 1 month after Joopii completely crushed me and reduced BBB to 0; what did dragondyce do then? Did they monopolise on the market? No, I fought the hardest I've ever fought to get myself and BBB back where it is now-- work gets you places, making excuses doesn't!

So, from Xeir0's logic he thinks that if you DDoS a competitor 10 months ago it will be the reason you make 6 figures! Well, if this was the case-- I'm pretty sure Xier0 would be pretty happy where he is now, because based on this google document created 6 months ago containing evidence of Xeir0, and everyone dragondyce related having a personal vandeta against bigboibets, constantly berating them in threads. Including them DDoSing us.

Well, if Xeir0 was telling the truth on Sythe to everyone. Why would he be analysing his forum gold as "impossible", "imply isn't any flexibility", "doesn't pose much advantage"? Looking at this, it seems that his business is in fact the reason why they're not having much affect in the poker market!

I have a good relationship with KO (their owner) and I didn't want to make anything public-- to which they weren't very happy to cooperate with, as they felt they were the owners of dragondyce and that this should only be dealt with them.

KO wasn't available, so I spoke with Xeir0/Jon instead in good faith, and we agreed that this wasn't competition based, and that Xeir0 would provide honest proof of damages and not stall my pardon.

He lied to my face. He's been intentionally stalling my pardon with a lack of evidence and tried blackmailing me saying on TeamSpeak "Do you want me to speak to Richard? We can finish this now if you just pay me $2,500, otherwise your pardon will just last longer, and it is all down to me".

I regret publishing all this information on them as I simply don't care about what they do, I just do what I do. But he's interfering and constantly holding onto my leg.

If you really want to drag this all through the dirt we can go through it, I suppose.

If you are 100% aware that any form of blackhat is counter-productive to business, then why did you do it against us, and MMO poker, and allegedly others?

Do you expect me to have to have a screenshot from that time period showing a "cannot connect to server" message in my browser when trying to connect to the poker server? You took the time to locate the IP of our server, and gave the direct order and the IP of our server to DDoS, and you insist that the only way that you should be at fault for that is if the attack wasn't effective? Your intentions were clear - eliminate all of your competition through blackhat means.

When you DDoS your competitors or try to get their websites removed, it leaves you as the only available option. If you were going to have the number 1 poker site no matter what Dragon Dyce did, then you wouldn't have bothered DDoSing us and your competitors in the first place.

You have a complete disagreement with words in this sentence, so I have no idea what to even respond to first. If you are trying to say that you causing our server to be offline does not affect the ability for people to use our services, let me enlighten you that you causing our server to be offline does in fact make it impossible for people to use our services.

I can't view the google doc. Could you post any evidence you have here? Or link posts of me or anyone Dragon Dyce staff member berating you in threads (outside of the spam forum)? At worst, any remark I would have made towards BigBoiBets is that it is Co-Owned by Joopii.

I havent seen a single piece of evidence that can actually prove where $ and cents were lost. Staff input to my pm box or skype if you will as well.

 

Yeah I'm back now, I also spoke to Xier0 about this and I honestly see no way to put a value on this situation.

I really only would see the cost of the server upgrade being an issue but Xier0 himself said that it would have inevitably been upgraded so even that isn't something that came as a result of the BBB DDoSes

I only put this on hold because Xier0 wanted another staff member (above me so an admin) to give their input on the amount owed

 

iZinc and I both agreed that Sythe staff would have to agree on an amount in damages since we couldn't get a resolution in private discussion.

Almost everything posted after that is slander with no proof, and me responding to it.

If I was really wanted to keep iZinc banned, I would have done this:

I don't intend to create a mountain of debt so that iZinc is never able to pay back his victims and never able to pardon, that is why I offered $2500 as a repayment for ALL damages, which include loss of potential income as well, even though I could try to hang a lot higher amount on it. When I spoke with FireZ, he asked me realistically how far I would drop my offer in negotiations, and I said that the only offer I was looking for was $2500 - I didn't even intentionally start with a $3500 or $3000 to negotiate down to $2500, just what I determined to be as close to a fair amount as possible, and I listed the reasons backing it up. This isn't extortion for money. This isn't an attempt to keep iZinc banned at any cost, I wouldn't even mind if previous supports that were given prior to repayment were still allowed to count. This is only about trying to come up with the fairest repayment.

The actions iZinc commited isn't limited to just one ddos attack, iZinc continued to try to do everything he could to attack Dragon Dyce and every one of his competitors for MONTHS. You can tell from these screenshots that iZinc was the sole one who was encouraging the attacks against Dragon Dyce. Even Joopii was saying to leave Dragon Dyce alone ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS and stop attacking us, to which iZinc responded "I think it's good"

 

What am I waiting for on my pardon? Im really wanting to launch this competition ASAP so I can get the result which I'm in need of.

Technically, iZinc isn't even allowed to attempt a pardon, but as a sign of good faith, I mentioned before that I wouldn't protest against previous supports counting.

iZinc has made no effort to repay me whatsoever since our last talk about paying a restitution before he is able to pardon for the sadistic and crippling damages he committed through blackhat means against myself&partners and our business&other businesses over a period of multiple months.

 

Doesn't matter, I told you that the amount you're requesting is all based off speculation and assumptions. You have two days to push your request through to Roary or FireZ, this has been stalled for long enough.

This is just ridiculous. iZinC tries to justify DDOSING OVER 5 COMPETITOR WEBSITES FOR MONTHS, just because he suspects that ONE of these sites has been attacking his site

 

Last I saw/heard, FireZ was looking for more staff input, I haven't received a response from Roary yet, and Richard viewed the thread shortly after I PM'd him. If they (Richard especially) have no objections or questions for me or about the offences committed/evidence presented/amount listed (which I assume they would have already mentioned), then we'll move on since I've presented everything here in terms of restitution. I'm available nearly 24-7, so whenever iZinc feels like paying back his victims, I'm here :|
