Report against Playerauctions

So, a while back i decided to buy an Steam account through Playerauctions.
Everything went fine and smooth the first few months.

But at some point the original owner claimed back the account and Playerauctions is refusing to refund me, even due i bought 1 year warranty and have all proof that i need to have.
Well, i had some hope to get this fixed, but their support is not talking straight, trying to buy time in hope people ignore and leave stuff as it is.So they dont need to refund you.

So yeah, as u can see, they are completly ignoring the proof i got, im not sure if anyone can understand it, so ill give it a quick translate:
First pic pretty much says, the originalmail used to create the account was also used to recover the account.Obviously they will not tell me which mail it is.
Second one says that the original owner has access to the account, and they cannot help me further.

So i am curios, how they came to this: "

Based on the evidence provided during our investigation, we are unable to determine that the seller is responsible for the loss of access to your account."

I mean, steam is even confirming it twice.
So yeah, if you actually read the support history you can see what i am talking about, its like they dont want to pay me back in any way, they dont even borther to wait for another answer and closed that ticked right away.

I hope i have done this right, and in the right section, im sorry but im pretty frustrated getting scammed 500$ by some chinese people
