Payment type question

I did alot of trading between rs and rsps, paypal and rs07, here my questions.

Is their payment forums that cash can't be taken back?

Can you xfer money from skrill to pp without going threw bank?

How does btc work?

and is it worth use any other payment form beside pp.

BTC is irreversible. Some people think skrill can't be reversed but in truth, all they need to do is contact their credit card company to manually charge back a payment
