Big toe help- cant move it up

So i just came home from playing soccer with a few friends, and now i noticed i cant move my big toe up, the other toes move but not that one, it doesnt hurt at all, i am 16 btw, what should i do and will it go away, and if so how long?
Is there anything i can do?

Go to a doctor..? Sythe isn't a place to receive a diagnosis for your toe

 

Sounds like the nerves in your leg has a problem. Are the shoes you wear for playing football too tight for you? That can sometimes happen, if you wear shoes and socks that are smaller than the size you need to wear.
I suggest relaxing the toe for a while. Do not play football for a while and if the problem still is continuing after a few days, go see a doctor. You probably have some nerve damage.

 

You could have just staved/sprained it, it happens when you jam your toe against something. Rest, ice, elevation and you should be good to go in a few hours. If not, go see a doctor and check if it's broken.

If it doesn't improve within a few days I would recommend going to see a doctor.

I would go to a doctor. He will most likely tell you jammed/sprained it.. Does it feel warm/hot to the touch? If so, you should get to a doctor FAST because that could be a sign of infection and/or serious bone damage.

I can't help too much though.
