Well I'm looking at getting back into Runescape and don't really have the time to put into creating a new build for an account so I'll be glad to pay someone for their hard work and dedication put into my account. I mean this account will be a big order and rewarded well, so please don't take on the job responsibilities if you can not fulfill my request.
Before I continue, you will be required to purchase the bond and use your own money for resources unless I deem you trustworthy. Anything spent, you must provide screenshots or valid evidence to what's been purchased and what it was used on before I even consider paying you back. I will also reward you a delayed payment to prevent any bans from Jagex. I would prefer the account to be hand-trained, this way I will not be punished at a later date if I then have possession of the account.
The quests I require to be completed, YOU must complete all the pre-quests and skilling requirements to complete this.
