Big LUKEY attempted scam...failure..

Here's the story. I was trading my 50 halo 3 account for an account of his that had 12 months of membership. So no OMM's are on, he wouldnt go first, so i decided to go first, why not? So i start to vid. I send him my details, then he signs out... I quickly go over to my xbox (its right beside me) and change the email of my account (i set it up so i put in all my details on my xbox, and i was on the screen where u choose ur new email) Anyways, he signs back in saying "my dad broke my keyboard and im on my itouch now" and him confessing he changed my password and logged off.
