    All I can say is damn, though that being said he did have a rather unhealthy lifestyle, it's sad to see such an icon die.

    I'm glad to say i've seen Motorhead on a number of occasions, and as he always said on stage "We're Motorhead and we play rock & roll", they certaintly did, and fucking loud too.

    Call me insensitive but I'm surprised he didn't die sooner. From what I've heard he lived the life of a rockstar til the end, which is a sure-fire way of living fast and dying young. 70 isn't bad for a guy like that.
