Explanation of the trade:
I found his services here [#1] GRAPHICS DESIGN SERVICE ⭐LOGO DESIGN⭐THREAD DESIGN⭐SIGNATURE DESIGN⭐WEB DESIGN⭐FAST⭐UHQ⭐
Opened a ticket in his discord channel and explained that I was looking for a thread design. He showed previous examples which looked good to me. Decided on a budget on 100$ and I sent 50$ so they would start work (TRONSCAN | TRON BlockChain Explorer)
I was chill and told that the deadline is 2 weeks. Then some of his design team guys was assigned to my ticket. Well while the job gets done I don't care who does it.
After a week or so I asked if progress was made and if maybe we can iterate on design more. Told me they would start tomorrow. After a few days, I asked again and was met with a similar response.
When 14 days were over I told them that I either get the thread done today or I want a refund.
Of course, then that design guy started making something up. It was utter cr*p. He didn't respect the color scheme and instead of forum thread design, he adjusted some website design templates with a few pictures and my wording.
At that point, I realized this was a waste of time and money and told strongly that I wanted to end this here and would like to get my money back. The assigned design guy told me that I should wait for the owner (I assume Biacc guy) for refund. A few days later they just kicked me off their discord.

How they scammed:
Took my 50$ and kicked me out of their discord server.
