To all GFX Sellers of sythe.

Okay sythe. im not sure if you have noticed this yet, But You guys are fucking yourselves over on how much money you make for gfx.

The standerd signature Takes around an hour to complete.

When gfx artist try to have the best price. They end up fucking themselves over.

Lets put it this way..

Signatures would sell for 5-10 bucks.

Noob gfxer that sucks at gfx tries to sell his for 3. People that Dont Apprechiate the fine arts of graphics Will pay Less For Someone That Apprechiates the art.

So instead of going down in prices... why dont you talk to other gfxers that are around the same level of Talent. & try to work out prices.
Then buying a signature doesnt depend on who has cheaper prices(which ends up making endless hours of work Way cheaper then they should).. it depends on the style that the gfxer has. & People who will buy your graphics are ones that apprechiate your art & find it appealing.

 

Lower prices=more business.
more business =more profit.

It's pretty simple business techniques.

Some people chose to sell there tags for cheaper than others.

If we all got together and decided prices to pay mainly ONE store would get the most business and the rest would be left with nothing.

 

I know. thats exacly why i said people in your own level of skill.

So like... Tr1bal & ace & every other gfxer on there level of skill would sell theres for $5

others that are new to it. will sell those for like $1.

People that are mediocre. will sell theres for $3.

 

I get what you are saying, BUT that still eliminates competition. wich would lead to one shop of each skill level and any one knew thats perhaps better at graphics would never get into business.

 

But the best gfxers should get tha most money :].

As w000t said, the more business they get the more profit they make.

Very few people are going to buy signatures for $5 - $10 maybe a few so they will make a larger profit but it isn't as consistent.

Where they could be selling them for $2 but completing triple the amount of orders and getting more consistent orders. It all depends on the way they want to run their store.

They can be flat out making a profit at a fast income rate.

Or

They can be taking a few orders a week making a profit at a slow income rate.

It all depends on the artists availability or if they could be bothered to do it so often.

 

I don't get what you're saying. That's pretty much how it is. Except it's like $15, $3, $1. Personally the best option is everyone makes them a sig and a price tag. Then they buy the gfx depending on the quality and price. That equals more work for everyone but has the best outcomes...
