runescapetoday is a scammer! You can see that he uses Skype as his first name and second name, which he posted himself

If you search the first name and second name is skype you get 3 accounts

The first skype profile is live:borut.matjasic
The second skype profile is facebook:matjasicborut
The third skype profile is just borut.matjasic

"borut.matjasic" into Sythe search gives

I will see what moderators think of this but having the same name and both being interested in Sythe cannot be a coincidence.

Mold03's .245 and .143 are similar locations to Katebolikurac's .215 and .223

 

99.9% sure its the same person.
