    Ok umm i read on yahoo news it blocks you from going to microsoft sites to get that removal tool someone posted above and i cant go on the site but my friend can fine !!!! FFS WHAT DO I DO!!

    You shouldn't have to, but formatting would help. Just make sure you don't have any CDs/Flash Drives that are infected as well, because you don't want to spend an entire day trying to clean your computer only to find it infected again the next day. To clean your computer, just read through the posts in this thread.
