Bestiary a Runescape 3 (HTML 5) demo?

Jagex released the Bestiary, which lets you view NPCs. I have a feeling this is using the same engine as the upcoming Runescape HTML5, and I enjoy it, especially the camera controls.

What are your thoughts?
