People on staff that can be replaced with no effect on Sythe

This isn't in the feedback section because I couldn't find it. Also this isn't a judgement based on their character, most of these people are cool. It's based on what they bring to the table on Sythe.

This is also just my opinion. I'm not griefing. Any one of these can be replaced with any one trusted on Sythe and more would get done.

And you can't exactly knock Govind off and just replace him with anyone. Who could replace him?

I agree with the list aside from Moon, RsProd and Shoop. Everyone else is hardly on here. Although people like Corey aren't easy to find.

Even so the majority of the list are pleasant people ^.^

 

Dave and RsProd so a fair share of spam reports, they are mod log whores but that's about it - i guess you always need some work horses

Don't get me wrong, I like jamal as a friend but he isn't the best moderator. Point and case: the graphics competition. Making it a buy-in competition originally against my advice meant no one would enter. When it became a bust he reduced the price originally and then after further prompting he made it free to participate in. At this stage though, everyone had already read it and couldn't be bothered. Also expecting to have a competition every 2 days was unreasonable considering previous competition turn-outs and the fact that sythe has only a very small graphics community and is more market focused. Even on a place like tagfreak I doubt that a competition every 2 days would be too popular as it just isn't enough time to make a quality piece alongside other commitments. My advice: don't get a job in marketing

 

Dave is hardly on now, RsProd is fine.

There's no one else to mod the GFX section -.- Kina doesn't want to go back and Nero is banned now. If either of those would ever make it to staff again anyway >.>

Dave - active rarely but it's better than nothing, still appreciated
Malakadang - been a while since I seen him active to be honest, maybe it's just bad luck and I dont see his posts / activity in report a scammer / spammer section
yaroow - No bad word to say about him, he's cool, he's often active in disputes
shoop - no idea tbh im rarely in off-topic
