best xp an hour?

hello, im going for 77-99 def and 81-99 attack, how many hours do you think it will take and what should i train on for best exp an hour?

i need help with where to train, what gear to use, ect

60k exp an hour is pretty nice, anything better though? i heard anakos or some kinda zombie did like 80k an hour or so

 

Try the monsters in living rock caverns. Its around 70k/hr.

l2google or use rune wikia, u need a quest for them

 

i don't think there's any bot yet for armoured zombies that is good enough to allow you to run it overnight or for more than three+ hours without breaking or being bugged like hell

no its deep down in fally mines, i would suggest looking it up on the rs wiki

down the ladder by chaos altar
you need to have atleast started defender of varrock but its a great training spot

i would say lrcs, bandits, armored zombies, and giant spiders would be your best bet

 

Slayer. On average 120k/h xp. Get a dragon task goes done a little.

 

The armoured zombies level 85 under the chaos altar. You need to complete Defender of varroc to access them but its worth it. I'm getting 105k attack or str xp every hour on my level 99 using Soulsplit, turmoil, proselyte, whip, addy defender and super pots. It's easy to afk there because there is an altar right above you so don't need prayer pots. I got 75-99 defense there on my old main in 1 week there.1.5m xp a day

 

Ankous, full rune + glory + whip + dragon defender.
Make sure to use super str if you really want it fastest.

 

What is your Strength level? Str affects the XP / speed.
