Best Xbox Live Arcade Games

Recently I've been getting into all of the arcade games that are available on the xbox live marketplace, here's a few of my favorite...

- The most addicting arcade game I have ever played, period (Geometry Wars. Game type, pacifism)



- So unique, this 2 D game is on par with metroid and is definitely worth the 15 $.



- Pacman with new added game mechanics.



If you haven't already, try these games out + if you have any recommendations, that'd be great.

 

I've only played one game, the Doritos Crash Course arcade game and thats not too shabby ^.^

 

If you enjoyed that arcade style game, I highly recommend you try out geometry wars (pacifism is my favorite gametype) or shadow complex.*They only cost about 10-15 $ each, and worth definitely worth the price of a full game like cod or halo.

Only comes with the basic game mode and isn't nearly as fun as with a controller, but it gives you an idea of what it's like.

I pretty much play this as a backup, until Minecraft comes out.

Total Miner is a very good game tho.

Personally my favorite is still trials hd.

 

I remember trying that game out at a friends house. Simple enough in the beginning, but it gradually gets harder and harder and more and more addicting trying to upgrade your bike and get a gold medal for each of the tracks. Creating your own track was pretty fun too.

 

Trials HD and Trials EVO.
Reason being is I held the number 1 and 2 spots worldwide for over a year.
Geometry wars was my favorite for a while also

 

Ya the new trials game looks good. I downloaded it and tried it the other day. Looks promising. I'm glad the finally added multiplayer.

 

That's crazy! What was your favorite game type on Geometry Wars? (Mine would have to be Pacifism by a long shot)

Multiplayer sounds interesting, I may download it now.

 

Pacifism is probably my favorite, but I still love playing the original Geometry wars Retro evolved. Multiplayer for trials evo is awesome by the way.
