Best Webhost/Domain Service?

So I got a domain and free web hosting at freehosting.com but it's dog shit. Honestly, I can't lock my domain, Support doesn't respond and I did not even get the free hosting with the order.

Can someone tell me their experience with in your opinion, the best webhost? I need the cheapest possible domain and hosting.

Bluehost is one of the most popular web hosting services. Great prices & support.
If this was eBay, I would give them an excessive amount of plus signs.
