There no other way, tbh. Link your bank card to your PayPal, put it on your PayPal and purchase gold. Either that or send it by mail.

 

Go to your local store and buy gamecard upgrades for Runescapee (preferably 30 day ones), and sell them here on Sythe for 10-14M RSGP.

You lose money if you do this, so its only advisable if you cannot buy gold via any other method. I don't have a PayPal, CC, or even a bank account right now, so upgrades are a fast, easy way to obtain RSGP when I need it.

Best way since

A) You dont have to sit around selling upgrades and losing money
B) You only lose like $7-8 from buying the card and the activation fee.

 

Your best bets would be either buying a greendot moneypack card which acts as a PayPal payment but it's a pre-paid card filled with cash then buying off of any of the top sellers.

Or just payment through cash by mail.

 

buy a prepaid creditcard, a 100$ one costs mabye like 108$ total, and you have 100$ to spend online(*$ for tax+activation fee)

or you can buy like ultimate game cards and sell them here, but ofcourse that's more work.

 

Buy runescape membership cards irl and sell them here for gp.
