Best way to train strength

I am 87 strength and can get max gear. What would you say is the best method? Provide xp rates please

Spiders, bandits, NMZ. Those are the standards for exp on 07

 

Train Slayer; dont leave it behind or you'll regret it

ewww slayer is boring and slow. I wanna max my barrows pure asap.

If you want to do it asap do NMZ or bandits, both can be afkable so it's not so painful

I would suggest Dhing at nmz

If you're 70 def Dhing @ NMZ with low hp is your best bet. If you don't like using ppots, you can go to the ape atoll monkeys and keep praying at the altar.
