Ankous or lesser demons?

Or spiders in stronghold room 4.

Depends on combat skills,
for mage it's lesser demons,
for melee it's giant spider moss giants or flesh crawlers or Ankous ,
which out of them I would do Ankous because they grand a small bit of money as well

I believe giant red spiders in the stronghold of security is the best xp.

Get them colourful boots and kill flesh crawler and then red spiders in varok sewer/moss giants
