Best Way to no get Scammed?

I am Wondering, when ppl buy account is there a way to not get scammed?
i though about 1 situation and i want to know if it could work

-The account have to member-No recov-no pins
-when i buy it i set recov and make him member

then is there a way he can recover it?

 

if the original owner payed by pbs or w/e the other ones called your fine but if he payed with debit/credit card you could still have your account hacked back

Dude what i do if there not trusted tell em Up urs and block em.

 

Thes best way is to get all the information, such as prev passwords, ip adress, email, postcode, all that stuff. The seller can always recover without recoveries. After you get this information, set yourself recoveries AND a bank pin( helps just a little). Then unset your recoveries using the information provided. If it doesnt work then tell the seller that he is scamming you, or the information is incorrect. DO NOT try many times to remove the recoveries or that will lock the account.

 

Buying an account is pretty much the stupidest thing to do ever, you'll prolly get scammed.
