Best Way To Cook Trout

I'm Going To Be Telling You The Best Way To Cook Fish!

This Is My First Guide So Go Easy


1) Steaming Fish

My way of steaming the fish maybe different to all of your ways but my way tastes very good.

The fish i reccommend for steaming will have to be Fresh water Trout. Fresh Water Trout is a cheap fish, But very nice. Now to cooking the Trout.

Thing Needed

1) A Roll of tinfoil *
2) Fish *
3) Salt & Pepper *
4) Any Extra Spices You Can Get Hold Off
5) Herbs (Tyme, Parsley & Basil)
6) Soy Sauce
7) Mustard (For a kick)
8) Garlic
9) Onion ​

How To Prepare & Cook The Fish.​

1)PreHeat A Pan on the level 5 or 6.
2)Roll Out a good size sheet of tinfoil.
3)Place the fish on the tinfoil (Center).
4)Add What ever your adding.
5)Fold the tinfoil over and then twist the ends.
6)Place in hot pan & leave for 10-20 Minutes.


The Beuty of doing it this way. There is really no mess. No plate is needed. No pans are dirty. This way is also a Healthy way to cook fish. Simple & Even the worst of cooks can do it.
