Best status for a staker

Im going to make a staker i want to know the best status for a defense staker.

i was thinking

Att: 70
Str: 50
Def: 85
Pray: 1
Mage: 70
Range: 70

Anyone know what CB and hp ill be?
Or hp?

If i got those status could i still get firecape? and would i be maxed? also if i could get firecape would it infect the status in anyway?
