Best Spots/Bots for Tank Ranger

Alright so I'm thinking of making a tank ranger with like 75 Defense / Range, I was wondering what the best bot for this is, spots, F2P / P2P etc.
[Starting at lvl 3]
Thanks in advance!

Do you want spots to train it to 75 def/range or a place to train at 75 def/range?
