What is the best site to sell Rs accounts to? I have 2 accounts I want sold quickly, but for a fair price.

The account market is extremely volatile, people tend to prefer to buy from established account sellers/known users for their own safety. Sucks for the legitimate newcomer sellers

Do you mean once you find a buyer? Or when selling to a site such as Gold4fun?

 

You will most likely be able to obtain higher offers on Sythe than selling it directly to a website.

Accounts can always be recovered by the original owner. Hence why people are cautious with purchasing accounts of unknown/new people. I'm not 100% sure if JAG enabled accounts once purchased are safe from recovery, however.

So to answer your question, providing all the information is the right way to go, however it doesn't stop the original owner from recovering.

 

JAG is just another layer of security, but I believe accounts can still be recovered by the original IP address.

 

jag enabled accounts don't make recovery any safer, i've had a couple accounts recovered after jag was set for 2+ weeks

 

JAG does nothing. The original owner can get those questions removed within a day.
