    Hypercam registered is the easiest to use.

    Sony Vegas is the BEST editor, and has the best effects.

    Get a registered Hypercam and Sony Vegas is the best for editing.

    They both work great but sony vegas wont let me use camtasia videos?

    make sure you go in camtasia's options and have it save as .avi

    Yeah camtasia studio 5 is pwnage. You can also make .gif with it.

    best recorder and editer?
    Sony Vegas is the best for editing and I'm not sure what the best recorder is but from what I've heard camtasia is pretty good.
