couldn't agree more. I wasn't impressed at all with his surf album but I know he will bounce back. Acid Rain was one of my most favorite albums from any rapper.

 

Acid Rap*. Acid Rap is phenomenal though

 

Kendrick and J cole are some of the best IMO. Kendricks metaphors and analogies are so far ahead of his time the masses can't even follow or grasp what he's talking about. It's all about the "Nae Nae"

Only real music is gonna last. All that other bullshit is here today and gone tomorrow.

Listen to some J Cole, Chance The Rapper, Ab Soul, etc.

So the OP is saying who's the best or who do you think is the best right now? Slightly confusing. Right now, to me the best (lyrically) would be either Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole, or Wale (who is seriously underrated imo.)
