Best pure in Runescape?

Hate how people say barrows/rune pure. They aren't pures lol.

Back when MSB had double spec, 1 def pures with 99 Range/94 Mage/60 Attack and 99 str were by far the strongest of the triangle. Updates to armour and the introduction of items such as Whips made original pures less dominant.

I'd still say a 1 def pure however, during 2007.

 

40-45 Def zerker/void pure or a range tank for sure Those are my 2 fav. accounts to build on the game no doubt Also amazing at pking!
