Best place to use Curse?

I'm wondering where the best place would be to use the curse spell, as I've heard the dummies in lumbridge don't work anymore.

I'm 39 magic atm, if you guys have better suggestions than cursing please let me know! Thanks

 

Varrok castle, there is an zamorak mage who is trapped in a cage, by the stairs.

 

The Monk of zamorak in the varrock palace is my fave. Wear full iron with no ammy or ring.

So:
Helm
Body
Legs
Shield
Boots(if p2p)

And use a staff corresponding to which ever rune the spell uses most. Or try get a mud staff if your a p2p player.

 

I can sell you a guide, where you can stun/alch without ever getting randoms.

 

the best place in f2p would be the monk of zamorak in the varrock castle or the place with the wine of zammy near the wild... also wear full iron or any other type of armour that gives negative bonus on magic

You can do it on the noob monsters in Fight Caves, or, if you want to do it in a secluded area, upstairs in one of the houses of the Gnome Stronghold.
