    the thread name says it all im looking for the best place to train attack and defence, without prayer im a staker

    Currently 75 attk 99 str 70 def 1 pray 75 mage

    F2P - definitely giant spiders floor 3 of stronghold.

    P2P - not sure but there's bound to be tonnes of suggestions on the RS wiki.

    I did rock crabs. You could do security of stronghold as well.
